Our Story
Project Ripple was started by a group of high school students in the Triangle area of North Carolina who believed that even the smallest action can create lasting change.
Based in the heart of the Triangle region - encompassing Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding communities - we're proud to serve this vibrant area of North Carolina. Our local focus allows us to understand the unique needs of our Triangle community while creating meaningful connections and lasting impact right here at home.
Meet the Founders
Project Ripple was founded in 2025 by a group of high school students who believed that change doesn't have to be massive to matter. It just has to start.
Driven by shared frustrations with how slowly things seemed to move in their community, they decided to take action themselves. With nothing but an idea, some determination, and a willingness to show up, they launched Project Ripple to prove that young people can create real impact without waiting for permission.
The founder was Maanvik, with the cofounder: Spruha, COO: Amrutha and Executive director: Raj, we were able to make this happen with our team work.
